Water

Unlimited household water is provided by a community owned well.  Residents enjoy pure, unadulterated water as we do not add chlorine or any other chemical treatment.  Our well draws from a deep aquifer, reaching down some 270’, and we have permanently secured senior water rights dating back to 1946.  Water depth has been consistently at or above 100’ from the bottom of the well, assuring more than adequate supply for household use.  The well is monitored monthly with a yearly report on water quality provided every homeowner and resident.  A copy of the latest Annual Water Quality Report is available by contacting the state database at:  http://www.doh.wa.gov/DataandStatisticalReports/EnvironmentalHealth/DrinkingWaterSystemData/SentryInternet  and using ID#20445.

Security

The Association retains a security officer who lives on-site. He can be reached 24/7 via phone and patrols the entire community several times throughout the day and night. Along with his duties relative to suspicious activities, the security officer inspects homes of vacationing owners, assists out of town or out of state family members by making welfare checks on residents, responds to animal issues and generally provides for the overall safety of the community.

Yard Waste

Residential yard waste can be disposed of at the community yard waste pile.  Woody waste is chipped into mulch available free of charge for residents to load and haul to their individual properties.  Grass and other soft yard waste is composted for use by residents at no cost.

Storage

Storage units can be rented by owners who provide their own locks and keys.  These units vary in size and are located inside a locked storage building behind the security residence at the entrance of Dungeness Meadows.  Access to the units is 24/7.

RV Area

The Association maintains a RV storage and campground site for the use of owners and their guests.  Boats, RVs and automobiles can be stored for a minimum monthly fee.  The campground area features electric hookups, on-site water and waste-tank disposal.  Campground sites can be rented by the night or over an extended time period.

Clubhouse Reservations

Our clubhouse meeting room overlooks a beautiful pond during irrigation season and is available for a nominal rental fee of $25, plus a refundable cleaning deposit of $50.  There have been birthday parties, weddings and memorials accommodating up to 69 people.  If the kitchen is used, there is a $25 fee.
